A multi-pronged social marketing campaign results in increased bookings from local customers and visiting holiday-makers over the summer season
Canoe Adventures are a Totnes-based company that offers guided canoe trips down the stunning River Dart.
Wecanhelp.digital worked with Canoe Adventures during the summer months to increase bookings and create engagement on their social media channels.
We used a two-pronged strategy, utilising Facebook Ads with localised targeting to bring in people who live locally, as well as holidaymakers visiting the area. We also tested using reel ads and utilised user-generated content to add an engaging aspect to the marketing.
We used Google Search Ads for leisure activity and local-based keywords, as well as utilising the Performance Max campaign to serve ads to people across multiple networks.
The result was a solid stream of bookings coming in across the summer months. The activity also provided important business data on customer demographics.
